Ocean Blue Day Spa opened in 2025 with a simple idea: everyone deserves a place to slow down and feel looked after. Our name comes from the feeling we want you to leave with: clear, light and refreshed, like a deep breath by the sea.

We bring together two things we love. Remedial massage helps your body recover from pain, posture strain and the demands of work and sport. Head spa therapy is a deeply relaxing scalp and head treatment that soothes the nervous system and leaves you feeling renewed from the top down.

Every visit starts with a short chat about how you're feeling and what you'd like to focus on. From there, your therapist adjusts pressure and technique to suit you, so no two treatments are quite the same.
